SPECIAL FAMILY INTERESTS

Where personal passion meets impact.

Beyond our core pillars of WASH and workforce development, The Palmer Foundation supports nonprofits dedicated to a family member’s personal philanthropic passion. These projects strengthen vital community programming such as the arts, education, medical care, and youth enrichment.

Recent examples of these discretionary grants include

  • Providing supplies for back-to-school fairs

  • Aiding COVID-19 response for a battered women’s shelter

  • Funding multilingual video translations to help orphans successfully integrate into families

  • Supporting cleft lip and palate clinics for children in Guatemala

  • Constructing shelter and storage facilities for a local zoo

“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”
